Permanent withdrawal is calculated at 1000 yuan per mu per year, with compensation for 30 years; Long-term withdrawal is calculated at 850 yuan per mu per year, and compensation is calculated at 14 years, with one-time payment. Long-term withdrawal refers to limited withdrawal, from the date of signing the contract to the end of the second round of land contract period.

2. huangpi district, Wuhan City, Hubei Province withdrew from the land compensation standard.

Farmers can get a one-time compensation of 43,050 yuan/mu if they withdraw from the contracted management right of rural land. Farmers who have already retired can choose two ways to retire freely. One way is to receive the compensation directly in one lump sum according to the standard per mu, and the other way is to use the compensation as the principal. Entrusted by the village committee to lend to Wuhan Jinyifeng Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd., farmers can enjoy the loan income of 2 152 yuan/mu every year, which is four times of the original circulation income of 530 yuan/mu.

3. Dingyuan County of Anhui Province withdrew from the land compensation standard.

Xiaogang village in Dingyuan county divided the withdrawal period into two ways: permanent and long-term in the pilot process. The long-term withdrawal period is 30 years, and compensation will be made in six times per mu of 600 yuan per year. Farmers who permanently quit will receive one-time compensation and no longer enjoy the right to contract management. If there is no other source of income, the contracted management right has been mortgaged and adult family members disagree, they may not withdraw from the contracted management right of land.
