According to the situation of epidemic prevention and control, in order to fully protect the life safety and health of the broad masses of people, according to the requirements of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Law on Emergency Response in People's Republic of China (PRC), the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of COVID-19 County decided to conduct free nucleic acid testing for all employees in Hengyang County for three consecutive days. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Second, the detection object and cost

All residents, home isolation and home health monitoring personnel in Hengyang County will arrange nucleic acid testing respectively. Yellow code personnel must go to the county people's hospital, county traditional Chinese medicine hospital, county maternal and child health hospital, Shenlong Hotel social sampling point 4 designated yellow code nucleic acid sampling points for sampling.

All employees are free of charge for nucleic acid testing.

Three. Related requirements

1, all residents should take the initiative to participate, and all staff should participate. According to the notification guidelines of each community, we will arrive at the designated place by region and time, and conduct nucleic acid sampling in an orderly manner. When sampling nucleic acid, please bring valid certificates such as mobile phone health code, ID card or household registration book, wear a mask scientifically during the collection process, keep a distance of more than 1 meter from others, and do not talk or gather.

2. If an individual has symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea and fatigue, please do not go to centralized sampling points. On the premise of personal protection, go to the nearest fever clinic in time to avoid taking public transportation. The elderly, the disabled and other people who live alone with limited mobility, please contact the community staff in advance, and the mobile sampling staff will provide on-site sampling service.

3, within 48 hours after vaccination, COVID-19 vaccine personnel and medical personnel involved in vaccination will not take nucleic acid sampling for the time being, but they need to report to community workers in time to explain the situation.

4, this round of nucleic acid detection does not issue a written report, the results can be queried through the "Hunan Health Code" system. Before the nucleic acid test results come out, please try to reduce the flow and don't participate in the gathering activities.

5, please residents must actively cooperate with the nucleic acid detection work, so that it should be checked. If you don't attend on time, the system will automatically assign a yellow code to the health code. Those who refuse to cooperate, evade or support nucleic acid detection and sampling, disturb the order, conceal false information or forge information will be investigated for legal responsibility in strict accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment.
