According to the requirements of the measures for the administration of lawyers' practice in all china lawyers association, in order to facilitate the handling of lawyers' internship certificates, the following explanation is given on the submission of internship materials.

To apply for internship registration, an intern or a law firm that intends to receive interns shall submit the following materials to the Municipal Lawyers Association:

(a) the internship application form filled out by the applicant.

An internship guidance lawyer shall meet the following conditions:

1, with more than five years of practical experience;

2. No more than two interns shall be instructed by the guidance lawyer at the same time;

3. Have high professional quality and professional level;

4. Have high professional ethics and no bad practice record.

Note: the application form is complete, and the application number is not required. One-inch recent bareheaded photos must be posted when submitting materials. Resume time should be from front to back, and the dates should be closely linked, starting from high school and ending now.

(two) the internship agreement signed by the applicant and the law firm that intends to receive interns.

The internship agreement signed by a law firm and an intern shall contain the following items:

1, intern's name;

2. The name and domicile of the law firm receiving the internship;

3 guidance lawyer's name, practice certificate number and practice period;

4. The rights, obligations and liabilities for breach of contract of interns and law firms that accept interns' internships;

5. Arrangements for related expenses during the internship of interns.

Note: the internship certificate number of the applicant lawyer can be left blank, and there must be no blank items, such as the rights and obligations of interns during the internship; If there is no other content, write "None", such as article 3 of internship content and article 4 of internship discipline. If there are any vacant items, please negotiate with your office before submitting the materials.

(3) A copy of the applicant's legal professional qualification certificate or lawyer qualification certificate and academic certificate;

Note: the legal professional qualification certificate only needs a copy of the first page (ID number and qualification number), and the academic certificate only needs a copy of the graduation certificate, not a copy of the bachelor's degree certificate.

(four) to apply for a copy of the identity card of the intern, and the non-local household registration personnel shall submit a copy of the residence permit or temporary residence permit issued by the public security organ;

Note: Institutions are not required to issue certificates that they have not been subjected to criminal punishment, and schools and neighborhood committees can do the same. If it is a search warrant issued by the Public Security Bureau, please only submit a copy, and keep the original for yourself to use when applying for practice.

(6) The applicant shall attach another one-inch recent bareheaded photo;

(8) If a person who intends to engage in the lawyer profession on a part-time basis applies for internship, in addition to the relevant materials specified in the preceding paragraph, he shall also submit the certification materials issued by the law department and legal research unit of his institution of higher learning that agree to his internship.

(nine) the Municipal Lawyers Association shall, within 20 days from the date of receiving the application for registration, complete the examination of the conditions of applying for interns, guiding lawyers and law firms that intend to receive internships.
