1. The western mining industry looks for people every year, but it is biased towards local students in Qinghai. As far as I know, Tianjin University of Science and Technology is not so good. Every year, people from the western mining industry come to our school to recruit people. We are Qinghai University, you know.

2. prepare your resume and find someone to find a relationship. If they need professionals like you in the recruitment season, it's easy to get in through some connections. It's hard to get in at other times if you want to.

3. Don't go to Xikuang. Coal mines such as Qinghai Coking Coal Group are also good. Private enterprises are relatively easy to enter and do not need relationships.
