The origin of Yangzhou Yechun Garden

Yangzhou Yechun Garden is the place where Wang Yuyang, a poet in Qing Dynasty, arranged and recited poems. The original site is west of Dahongqiao. Yechun Garden is located at the intersection of Yangzhou moat and Daiyu River, only 400 meters west of Slender West Lake. Eating morning tea in Ye Chun Teahouse is the main reason to attract tourists, and it is called "Yangzhou must go" by many raiders. After dinner, you can take a walk along the moat in the antique garden.

Yechun Garden used to be the private garden of Wang Yuyang, a poet in Qing Dynasty, but the original building is no longer there. What we see now is built later, not on the original site. Although it is an antique Jiangnan garden, it is exquisite. Ye Chun Teahouse, located here, has a history of more than 200 years and is one of the "Three Springs in Yangzhou". The other two teahouses are Fuchun, * * * and Chun.

There are three hotels named "Ye Chun" in Yechun Garden. The main building of Ye Chun, located in the middle of the Wild Spring Garden, can eat, but it is not a teahouse. There is a thatched cottage in the east of Shuihui Pavilion, which is Ye Chun Teahouse (Royal Wharf Store), commonly known as Dongyechun, and the riverside environment is good. The Ye Chun Tea House (Flower and Bird Market Store) in the west is just outside the Wild Spring Garden, across a asking for the moon Bridge. Now it's renamed Lvyang Village Teahouse, but locals are still used to calling it Xiyechun, which is a century-old shop and just moved outside Yechunyuan. In a word, we will pursue the environmental Dongyechun and the authentic "century-old shop" Xiyezhun. The business of the two stores is equally good, and they grab seats at least at 6: 30 in the morning on holidays. Steamed buns, especially crab soup buns, three-dimensional steamed buns, and boiled dried silk are all delicious.

After eating and drinking enough, you can go for a walk in the East-West Wild Spring Garden. The antique buildings along the river in the south include Shuihui Pavilion, Xiang Ying Gallery, Yuyuanxuan and so on. There is an arc corridor with eaves between Shuihui Pavilion and Xiang Ying Gallery, a parking lot opposite Xiang Ying Gallery, and a green belt along the river, surrounded by white marble railings, stone tables and benches. You can sit down and have a rest when you are tired. In Little Square, north of Yuyuanxuan, you can see local people doing morning exercises. In the north of Yechun Garden, from east to west, there are antique buildings such as Shi Feng Building, Ye Chun Main Building, Yuxianghua Building, Yin Hui Pavilion and Qiuyue Mountain House. Among them, Shi Feng Building is equivalent to the kitchen, and through the glass window on the first floor, you can see the chef skillfully wrapping Yangzhou steamed buns.

After leaving Yechun Garden, you can visit Slender West Lake in the west and Yangzhou Buddhist Culture Museum in China in the east (including Tianning Temple and Chongning Temple). The Royal Pier, 30 meters away from Tianning Temple, is next to Dongyechun Tea House. It is said that it is the place where Gan Long landed in the south of the Yangtze River, and now it is the starting dock of Ganlong Water Tourism Line. The original boat crossed the Slender West Lake and sailed to the foot of daming temple.
