The Hangzhou Senior Pastry Chef Examination will be held in mid-November.

The Chinese pastry chef profession has five levels, namely: junior (National Vocational Qualification Level 5), intermediate (National Vocational Qualification Level 4), advanced (National Vocational Qualification Level 3), Technician (National Vocational Qualification Level 2), Senior Technician (National Vocational Qualification Level 1).

The content of the Chinese pastry chef examination at different levels is different, but they all require theoretical examinations and practical tests.
