According to the data of official website, Yongzhou Municipal People's Government, in August of 1988, the Lingling prefectural party committee and administrative office agreed to set up the Phoenix Garden Economic Development Zone in Lengshuitan City. 20 13 1 1, Yongzhou Fenghuang garden economic development zone was renamed Yongzhou economic and technological development zone.
