In the middle of last year, six departments, including the Municipal Talent Office, the Housing and Construction Bureau and the Finance Bureau, jointly issued the latest Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Talent Housing Subsidy in Zhenjiang 202 1. These Rules shall be implemented as of 20211and shall be valid for 5 years.

1. Allowance for talents' housing: First-time entrepreneurs who meet the corresponding requirements can enjoy a housing subsidy of 15000 ~ 1000 yuan when they buy the first self-occupied commercial housing in the urban area, especially "one person, one policy, one discussion".

2. Requirements of talent purchasing units: enterprises that register, pay taxes and pay basic old-age insurance for employees of urban enterprises and institutions who pay endowment insurance for government agencies and institutions in urban areas (refers to Dantu District, Jingkou District, Runzhou District, Zhenjiang New District and Zhenjiang High-tech Zone).

3. Talent conditions:

The first set of self-occupied commercial housing;

The deed tax has been paid and the title certificate has been obtained;

The online signing time of the sales contract is from 202 1 year 1 month 1 day (inclusive) to 65438+February 3 1 day (inclusive) in 2025, and the time of purchasing the first self-occupied commercial house (subject to the online signing time) is within 5 years from the date of paying social insurance for the first employment and entrepreneurship in cities and towns.

Class talents are not required to pay social insurance);

The house is located in the urban area;

The signatory of the house purchase contract must be a talented person.
