Luoyang monocrystalline silicon co., ltd is a high-tech enterprise invested by the state to provide semiconductor silicon for military scientific research and information industry. Established in 1966, this factory is the earliest large-scale state-owned silicon material production enterprise in China. In 1960s, he was the first to introduce technology and equipment from Japan. 1996, the first joint venture with American MEMC company to produce polishing sheets. 1998 was restructured into a wholly state-owned limited liability company, which belongs to the Ministry of Metallurgy, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation and China Sijia Semiconductor Materials Company. In August 2000, it was transferred to Henan Province, which is a provincial enterprise.
