2019 Recruitment physical examination time and precautions for public institutions in Maonan District, Guangdong announced

According to the "Guangdong Province Public Recruitment Measures for Public Institutions" (Guangdong Provincial People's Government Order No. 139), the "2019 Public Recruitment Announcement for Some Public Institutions in Maonan District, Maoming City", and "Maonan The district’s 2019 on-site public recruitment announcement for the health care system (South China Health Talent Exchange Meeting and the 22nd National Medical and Health Industry Talent Recruitment Fair)” and the “2019 Guangdong Province’s Special Public Recruitment Announcement for Urgently Needed Talents in Primary Medical and Health Institutions” , the physical examination time and precautions for the three open recruitments are now announced as follows:

1. Personnel identified as physical examination subjects (see attachments 1, 2, and 3 for the list), will be determined by Maonan District Human Resources and The Social Security Bureau and Maonan District Health Bureau will review qualifications and organize physical examinations. The physical examination shall be subject to the "General Standards for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions of Guangdong Province".

During the physical examination, candidates should follow the staff's instructions and physical examination sequence, and obey the staff's management. After the physical examination is completed, you can only leave the physical examination hospital after the hospital staff confirms that there are no missed or incorrect examination items. If candidates fail to meet the physical examination qualification standards for heart rate, vision, hearing, blood pressure, electrocardiogram and other items, they should request a reexamination on the spot and have the examination reexamined on the same day.

If you have any questions about the results of the physical examination items that are not re-examined on the same day or on the spot, you can contact us within 3 days from the date of receiving the notification of the physical examination conclusion (those who pass all items will not be notified by phone and will go directly to the political review). The Human Resources Management Unit of our bureau’s public institutions submitted an application for re-inspection. Re-examination can only be conducted once, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination.

2. The physical examination time is scheduled for July 7, 2020 (Tuesday). Please bring your ID card and a recent color two-inch photo to the China Southern Power Grid Gaoshan Station before 8:00 a.m. on the physical examination day. Centralized in front of the business hall (Address: No. 8, Zhanbei 1st Road, Maonan District, Maoming City), fasting physical examination, please bring your own cash.

3. Candidates must abide by epidemic prevention regulations, cooperate with hospital staff in taking temperature, take personal protection, wear masks throughout the process, and report any fever in advance. If you do not attend the physical examination on time due to personal reasons, you will be automatically given up.

4. Candidates are asked to prepare enough time, bring all their documents, and strictly abide by the time to ensure they arrive on time.
