What are the reasons behind college students' subcontracting?

Although 10 days passed, Guo Aihua (pseudonym) recalled his experience of working in the summer vacation and still felt scared.

"At that time, I thought, I have to leave quickly." As sophomores in the School of Management of Shanxi Agricultural University, Guo Aihua and several of his classmates had no idea that the plan of working in the summer vacation had not been realized, so they were forced to stay in other places and even had to take refuge in the rescue station.

At the rescue station that night, because of fear, they didn't sleep much, and they paced in the yard from 3 am until dawn. The next day, with the help of the rescue station, they each carried six packs of instant noodles, boarded the train to Taiyuan from guangzhou east railway station with the station ticket, and returned to Taiyuan after nearly 34 hours.

Guo Aihua's painful experience stems from an advertisement for a summer job with the signature "Team Li Aixin". More than 100 students from Shanxi Agricultural University, Taiyuan University of Technology, north university of china and Shanxi Institute of Energy also joined the recruitment.

Some of these students lied about their age and went to work in factories, while others not only failed to finish their work, but also stayed in Shenzhen. Some people bought return tickets with the only money left, some went to relatives and friends nearby, and some people were penniless and didn't want to worry their families, so they had to ask the public security bureau and other departments for help.

QQ group recruitment

Everything comes from a recruitment message that appeared in QQ group.

"20 18 Ashley team summer job recruitment ... before the team was responsible for understanding the environmental treatment of the factory, there was a strong logistics operation team to ensure the service to every student's needs."

Guo Aihua saw this job advertisement from a QQ group formed by a student of Shanxi Agricultural University on the eve of this summer vacation. The main content is to recruit summer workers to work in enterprises in Shenzhen, Shanghai and other places, requiring applicants to be at least 18 years old, "male or female".

The description of "Li Aixin Team" in the advertisement is: "Two-year (Shanxi) agricultural university degree", "rich experience in arranging student workers", "from classmates, serving classmates", "Accommodation for 6-8 people, air conditioning and beautiful environment", "Team organizes buses to pick people up at the school gate", and promises that the factory will provide food and accommodation with a monthly salary of 3,500 to 5,000 yuan.

"This group is quite common, such as tour groups, part-time groups and recruitment groups. Many of them are organized by students, and people often advertise inside. " Guo Aihua said that he learned from a senior student of Shanxi Agricultural University that going out to work with Li Aixin only needs to pay the fare of 200 yuan, the basic salary is about 2,200 yuan, and the overtime pay on weekends and holidays doubles, and he can earn about 3,500 yuan a month.

"I don't trust, consulted the classmates who followed them to work in the last session. (Feedback) Although the conditions are simple, I did make money. " After several visits, Guo Aihua and his classmates signed up.

Almost at the same time, Yang Bin (a pseudonym), a freshman in Software College of Shanxi Agricultural University, also saw this news in another QQ group.

"This group has been established for a long time. It was built by a brother. Many people choose to find all kinds of information here. " The "Senior Brother" mentioned by Yang Bin is one of the organizers who participated in this recruitment and a student of Shanxi Agricultural University. Students call these recruiters "student agents".

After the registration, Guo Aihua and Yang Bin were notified to leave by car on the afternoon of July 15. There are three cars, 100 people.

A student agent said that the total number of students was 130.

However, on the way, Guo Aihua and others found that the plan could not keep up with the change.

According to the students, the intermediary told them in advance that the fare was 200 yuan per person. On the way, the first thing is that the fare has changed.

"The agreed 200 yuan fare has become 350 yuan, and you will get off if you don't pay it." Guo Aihua recalled that the bus had already boarded in expressway, but he was told that the fare had gone up. On second thought, if he can work to earn money, he will pay more 150 yuan.

The next day, the motorcade was still on the road. The student agent told everyone that the factories in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province were all workers, and the motorcade would go to a factory in Shenzhen, and promised that the salary would be between 4,000 yuan and 4,500 yuan. The change of destination made Yang Bin uneasy. Something's wrong. I don't trust them at all.

At noon on July 17, the vehicle arrived at the gate of a factory of Shenzhen BYD Auto Company, but the accident happened again.

"The agent said that due to the delay of vehicles, the factory recruitment time was missed, and everyone had to pay 400 yuan again, including 300 yuan's' benefit fee' and 100 yuan deposit. If you don't pay, you can't enter the factory, and they are not responsible. " Yang Bin said.

This means that you have to pay 750 yuan before you can make money. "We fried the pot at once and felt cheated." According to Yang Bin, at that time, many students protested and questioned in the QQ group: "Why didn't you say you wanted to collect money when you left?" "There is not enough money to go back and pay."

Yang Bin has no money to pay 400 yuan, because he has already paid the fare for his roommate.

"At that time, the answer I got was that there would be no places without paying." Guo Aihua noted that although some students raised questions, most students still paid the "benefit fee". Most of these students come from poor families. They originally planned to make money to supplement their families through summer jobs, but before they found jobs, they had spent all the money they had saved on weekdays.

There is no good "benefit fee"

After paying the money, everyone didn't wait for "arranging work". On the contrary, someone learned from the recruitment office of BYD factory that the summer jobs needed by the factory have been fully recruited. At present, as long as they are over 22 years old, most of the people present are under 22 years old, so they were rejected. Careful students noticed that the factory didn't seem to know the student agent.

According to Guo Aihua's recollection, some factory staff explained to students that there was no charge for recruitment, so long as they met the requirements, they could apply for employment. "They said that it has nothing to do with these black intermediaries, but it is very exclusive." .

At this point, some students knew that they had been cheated and chose to call the police. According to students' memories, the police went to the scene twice to coordinate and asked the student agent to solve the problem of food and shelter for the stranded students first, and the follow-up problems were gradually solved. At the same time, they told the students present that if there were any difficulties, they could reflect them again.

In this process, the intermediary once again proposed that as long as the students are handed over to 400 yuan, they can take them to another factory to work and arrange accommodation. Later, I learned that these student agents who were responsible for "taking the bus" did provide accommodation for the students who handed over to 400 yuan that night and took them to another factory to apply for jobs, although some students did not reach the age required by the recruitment enterprise. Students who didn't pay the money were stranded at the factory gate, and Guo Aihua and Yang Bin were among them. They said they "don't trust these people anymore".

"Now I realize that we are all just' little whites' and everything is a trap." Another student who didn't pay the money recalled that the remaining 20 people had no choice but to go their separate ways.

Guo Aihua said that he would never forget his feelings that night. He was "angry, tired, sleepy and hungry". Finally, he ate something with his roommate and found a small hotel to stay. Later, I found that I was called "thorny student" and "troublemaker" by the student agent in the group and was kicked out of the group.

Yang Bin, Guo Aihua and others decided to give up their jobs and just wanted to go home.

On the way home, Yang Bin and his classmates were cheated again.
