Third, strengthen the professional level of employees.

As for the problem that some employees have poor business skills and some can't keep up with the pace of the company, our administrative department will train these employees for two weeks. If they still can't adapt to the company's business and work after these two weeks, we will consider it comprehensively and choose to dismiss these employees or stay in the company for inspection after the audit of the personnel department and the opinions of their department managers.
