I. Recruitment Plan
Open recruitment of primary and secondary school (kindergarten) teachers *** 152 (including 3 public private kindergartens). For specific recruitment positions and requirements, please refer to annexes 1 2.
Second, the recruitment conditions
1. Adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, abide by the law, have good conduct, be physically and mentally healthy, and be interested in education.
2. Have academic qualifications, majors, qualifications and other requirements corresponding to the recruitment position.
3. Born after 1 982 July 1 (born after graduate students or above1977 July1).
Iii. Registration requirements
(1) Registration time: July 22-24, 20 12, 8: 30 am-165438+0: 30 pm, 2: 30 pm-6: 00 pm. Late applications will not be accepted.
(II) Place and form of registration: ouhai district Teacher Development Center (address: No.3 Xinghai Road, Jiangjunqiao), which takes the form of on-site registration.

1. Conduct preliminary qualification examination according to the materials provided by the applicants, and the qualified list will be published on the bulletin board of Ouhai Education Network. Anyone who does not meet the qualifications for registration or provides false materials will be disqualified.
2. If the ratio between the number of qualified people in the preliminary examination and the number of people in the recruitment plan of the same subject is less than 3: 1, the number of people in the recruitment plan shall be reduced accordingly or no examination shall be held; Candidates who do not take the exam can change their application within 3 days after the adjustment of the recruitment plan.

2. Skills test. Test the skills of music, physical education, fine arts, information technology, educational technology, specialized courses in secondary vocational schools, preschool education and other subjects. 3. Determine the finalists. For subjects with skill test, the written test score ×30%+ skill test score ×40%, and other subjects are from high to low. 6. Admission. Adhere to the principles of "quality takes precedence over quantity" and "merit-based admission". Those who fail the exam (below 60 points) will not be admitted. Those who pass the preliminary examination will be admitted to the physical examination according to the proportion of recruitment plans 1: 1 and the total score of subjects from high to low. If the final total score is the same, the finalists will be determined according to the order from high score to low score in the trial class and skill test; If all the results are the same, try again.
Those who apply for public and private kindergarten teachers shall have a physical examination according to the proportion of recruitment plans 1: 1 and the total score from high to low.
7. Physical examination. For the finalists, ouhai district Education Bureau will organize a physical examination. The physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the physical examination standards and operating procedures for the qualification of teachers in Zhejiang Province, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by themselves. If the medical examination is unqualified, the vacancy will not be replenished.
8. Choose a position. In order to reflect the principle of balanced development of education, computer random lottery is adopted to recruit two or more people for schools and posts. Teachers employed by public private kindergartens are arranged by the District Education Bureau to teach in the first batch of pilot kindergartens for comprehensive reform of private education.
9. check. The contents of the investigation are mainly ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance. The investigation was conducted with reference to the relevant standards for the recruitment of civil servants.
10. Publicity. Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates, and the list will be published online in Ouhai Education for 7 days for qualification review. If there is any objection during the publicity period, and it is verified through investigation that it does not meet the recruitment conditions, or if it practices fraud or provides false materials during the recruitment process, the employment qualification will be cancelled and the vacancy will not be replenished.
1 1. Employment. According to the selected post, the relevant object signs a trainee employment contract with the employment school (kindergarten). The probation period of the employed personnel is one year. After the probation period, those who pass the examination will go through the formalities of regularization and grading, and those who fail the examination will be disqualified from continuing employment. Employees who have passed the examination during the one-year probation period but have not obtained the corresponding teacher qualification certificate are allowed to extend the probation period for one year. If the teacher's qualification certificate has not been obtained in the second year, his re-employment qualification will be cancelled, and the dismissal procedures will be handled according to the regulations.
