Do university teachers need political review?

Yes, if an individual applies for the establishment of a teacher, he/she also needs to conduct a political examination according to law to examine his/her ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance.

1. Investigate other social personnel, learn about the situation from the police station and neighborhood (village) committees where the candidates work, where they are registered, and consult the candidates' files, and the unit where they work will organize the personnel department to issue proof materials of their personal performance; Go to the police station to find out whether the candidates themselves and their families have committed illegal and criminal acts and whether they have overseas relations.
