Changsha Local Taxation Bureau was established in 1994, and its internal organs include: office, provincial tax management team, tax management department I, tax management department II, tax management department III, tax collection and management department, planning and finance department, personnel and education department, ideological and political work department, Communist Youth League Committee, government trade union, supervision department, audit department, policy and regulation department, government logistics service center and information center. The county (city) bureaus include: Furong District Local Taxation Bureau, Tianxin District Local Taxation Bureau, Yuelu District Local Taxation Bureau, Kaifu District Local Taxation Bureau, Yuhua District Local Taxation Bureau, High-tech Zone Local Taxation Bureau, Changsha County Local Taxation Bureau, Wangcheng County Local Taxation Bureau, Liuyang City Local Taxation Bureau and Ningxiang County Local Taxation Bureau.
