1. Recruitment Scope

2. Registration conditions

4. Recruitment channels and nature of auxiliary police personnel

Auxiliary police are social welfare positions, with market-oriented operation, socialized employment and standardized management. Suihua City Security Service Corporation recruits uniformly and implements labor contract management. Auxiliary police officers are not registered as police officers, are not awarded titles, and do not have law enforcement qualifications. 5. Treatment of auxiliary police personnel

Each person has a monthly salary of 1,000 yuan, including a basic salary of 800 yuan and a performance salary of 200 yuan; in addition, "five insurances" are paid, namely pension Insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance, serious illness insurance, and accidental injury insurance shall be borne by the finance department; auxiliary police uniforms shall be worn in accordance with relevant regulations, and the cost of clothing shall be borne by the finance department.

6. Recruitment Procedure

The recruitment of special police and auxiliary police personnel adheres to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, and adopts a public examination to select the best. The specific procedures and steps are as follows:

(1) Registration

The recruitment of special police auxiliary police personnel will be carried out through on-site registration.

1. Registration time: scheduled from December 1 to December 15, 2010, from 9:00 to 11:30 in the morning; from 14:00 to 16:00 in the afternoon.

(6) Written test. The written examination is a closed book examination. The scope of the examination is current affairs and politics; basic legal knowledge; and official document writing. (7) Training: The Municipal Labor and Employment Bureau, the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Municipal Security Service Corporation will organize pre-job training. After the training period, a final examination will be conducted. Only those who pass the examination can be hired.

(8) Employment: In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Labor Contract Law", the Municipal Labor and Employment Bureau signs a labor employment contract with the person to be hired, and the Municipal Security Service Corporation signs an employment contract with the person to be hired.
