Is Meixian County in Baoji better than Jiangyou in Mianyang?

First of all, Jiangyou is a county-level city, and Meixian is only a county-level city. I believe I won't say anything about this comparison.

Meixian's annual per capita income is less than 4000 yuan. Its main industrial pillar is local kiwifruit, in other words, it is unstable. If there are natural disasters and floods, the consequences will be even worse without the development of other pillar industries. Jiangyou city, itself a tourist city, developed more rapidly after the earthquake, expanding the planned area of the industrial park by nearly three times, mainly undertaking mechanical industry projects. From this, we can see the future development direction and achievements of jiangyou city. In other respects, jiangyou city's economy can far surpass Meixian in the national GDP ranking, and Jiangyou is the only science and technology city in China-Mianyang. Jiangyou is located in the northwest of Sichuan Basin, in the upper reaches of Fujiang River and in the southeast of Longmenshan Mountains. The climate is pleasant all year round, with warm winter and cool summer (a bit exaggerated ~), and the traffic naturally extends in all directions.

No matter from which angle, I personally think Jiangyou is better. I still suggest Jiangyou for development and life.
