How do prison architects recruit younger brothers?

Click the intelligence button in the lower left corner and select the informant button. A prisoner with a yellow circle will appear in the game interface. This is a potential secret informant. After clicking on the character, the character information interface will pop up. Click the Experience button on the left, and you can see the button for recruiting informers on the right.

No matter how employees or prisoners set up, they will not collect dirty clothes. The only way to collect clothes is to cancel the distribution of clothes, and then the cleaner collects them in the cell. However, there will be two kinds of bugs in the collected clothes.
