4. The production director uses management knowledge, methods, systems and art to plan, organize, guide and control activities in order to realize the normal production of the enterprise. There are rules to follow, and there are penalties for violations; Manage according to the rules and put an end to production confusion.
5. The factory director should first have a deeper understanding of the production process and details of the product department and the door department of the factory, carry out effective production management, organize the production process, develop production capacity and balance production; Plan production operation, track, supervise and control production, and ensure that production tasks are completed on schedule.
6. The factory director should give effective guidance to the production process, product quality inspection and quality management to ensure the quality of raw materials and products.
7. The factory director should effectively communicate the relationship between superiors and subordinates, and correctly convey the instructions and meanings of the factory to subordinates; Feedback meaningful activities of subordinates. Learn to deal with urgent problems, basic problems and fundamental problems. Major management matters shall be reported;

9. The manufacturer has the right to make relevant penalties due to the violation of discipline and dereliction of duty of the production director.
10. Due to the director's limited ability (competence) or serious dereliction of duty, the factory has the right to unilaterally dismiss or adjust the post.
Third, labor remuneration.
1, the labor remuneration of the production director is formed by the combination of basic salary and management commission.

Four. Alteration, rescission, termination and renewal of the labor contract

4. When Party A terminates this contract, it shall notify Party B in written or oral form 30 working days in advance, but it shall pay Party B a monthly salary.
5. If Party B requests to terminate the labor contract, it shall notify Party A in writing 30 days in advance and hand over the work clearly; If Party B leaves without Party A's consent, Party A has the right to deduct all the wages and commissions of Party B. ..
6. Upon the expiration of this contract, the labor contract shall be terminated. 30 days before the expiration of this contract, both parties expressed their intention to renew the contract to each other. Party A and Party B can renew the laborer's contract through negotiation.
