I will graduate in June this year. Last year Quanta went to our school for recruitment. I came here on February 13 this year and have been working for more than three months. Let me share my views:

1 Regarding remuneration and environment: Quanta’s basic salary can only be considered average in Shanghai, but the corporate culture and arrangements for leisure activities are quite rich. The specific remuneration depends on the position. If you come to Quanta to be an ordinary worker , then the basic salary is only 1,450. If you want to get a high salary, you have to rely on overtime pay. The more overtime you work, the more you will get. According to the general overtime level, you can finally get about 3,000, sometimes more than 4,000, and now the amount of new machines I work a lot in overtime, so I get more overtime pay; I work in an office, and my basic salary is 2,680~

2 Regarding salary payment: Although Quanta is an OEM company, its company size is very large. Big, it has been among the top 500 companies in the world for several consecutive years. Last year, it seemed to be over 200, so there will be no deductions in salary payment. After working five days and eight hours, you will get the basic salary. Overtime pay will be calculated separately. It will be calculated based on the basic salary. Overtime work Fees (1.5 times on weekdays, 2 times on weekends, and 3 times on holidays). It seems there is still performance, but only about 100 a month. As long as you don't divorce yourself, if you work for a few days, he will pay you a few days' salary. So don’t worry, at least it’s 500 strong!

3 Suggestions for you to come to work in Quanta: If your home is far away from Quanta and you just want to make extra money for a period of time, I think it is better for you to find something to do in your hometown and leave home. It's nearby, the environment is familiar, and you can earn a lot of money. If you plan to find a more stable job after graduation, it would be good to come to Quanta this year to familiarize yourself with the environment.

4 Is Quanta short of people: Now there is no shortage of people in Quanta General Engineering. The day before yesterday, I wanted to get my brother to join, but I thought he was too old (my brother is 28). When there was a shortage of people in the past, the conditions were Yes: 18-40 years old, can memorize 26 letters. Moreover, not long ago, the human resources department issued a notice that the human resources for eight positions (note: general workers are nine positions) and above are also frozen, and there will be no recruitment for a period of time.
