Announcement of open recruitment of staff in Tongcheng County, Hubei Province
In order to meet the employment needs of public institutions in our county, according to the requirements of the Interim Provisions on Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions, the county party committee and county government decided to openly recruit staff in public institutions for the society. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Recruitment positions
There are *** 15 secretaries, accountants, computers, broadcasting, journalists, journalists, electromechanical automation, and urban water supply and drainage projects.
Second, the recruitment conditions
Anyone who worked in county institutions (including broadcasting, journalists, journalists, electromechanical automation, urban water supply and drainage projects) before April 30, 201/KLOC-0, and meets the conditions listed in Articles 1 and 2 below, can participate in the registration:
(1) basic conditions
1. Abide by the Constitution and laws and have good conduct;
2. Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;
3. Male age 18 and under 35 years old, female age 18 and under 33 years old, including broadcasting age 18 and under 25 years old. The age is calculated as of April 30th, 20 1 1 year;
4. Have a college degree or above and other qualifications required by the recruitment position.
(2) Other qualifications required by the recruitment position.
1, applying for secretarial class requires certain word processing ability, strong affinity and language expression ability, and skilled operation of computer office software;
2. To apply for accounting, you need to obtain an accounting qualification certificate;
3, enter oneself for an examination computer class requires corresponding computer professional knowledge and operation skills;
4. To apply for broadcasting, journalists and news, our class requires good facial features, good image and temperament, strong affinity, strong language expression and word processing skills, and skilled operation of computer office software. Among them, the broadcasting major requires female1.58m and male1.70m, with a second-class certificate of Putonghua or above.
(3) No application shall be made under any of the following circumstances:
1, who has received criminal punishment for committing a crime and was expelled from public office;
2. In 2005-2010, it was found that there were serious disciplinary problems such as fraud in government agencies and institutions;
3. The staff of government agencies and institutions have been dismissed for less than five years;
4. Active servicemen.
III. Recruitment-related matters
1, register
Those who meet the registration requirements will register at the county personnel education examination center from May 1 1 to May 1 to June 17. When registering, you need to bring your ID card, the original and photocopy of your academic certificate, and three recent bareheaded photos. To apply for secretarial, accounting and computer courses that require county and district work experience, a single principal must sign and affix his official seal (the work experience of secondary institutions needs to be confirmed by the principal of the competent unit), and the registration fee should be paid to 300 yuan. When signing up, you must sign a letter of commitment to integrity, fill in the registration form, and choose the job category.
2. Qualification examination
After the registration, the county personnel bureau, the county supervision bureau and the county finance bureau will jointly conduct the preliminary qualification examination.
3. Position adjustment
After the preliminary qualification examination, if the proportion of applicants is less than 1:3, the leading group will study and decide whether to transfer posts or cancel post plans. If the job plan is cancelled, the registration fee of the candidate will be refunded.
4. Examination and evaluation
Test scores account for 90%, including written test scores of 40% and interview scores of 50%. Test scores accounted for 10%.
The written test will be held from 8: 30am to 6: 5438+01:00am on May 28th. Test paper score 100, test time 150 minutes. According to the model of 1+X, that is, basic theoretical knowledge and related professional knowledge, the former accounts for 40% and the latter accounts for 60%.
The exam counseling book is not stipulated in the exam. When taking the exam, candidates must bring the admission ticket and the original ID card at the same time. Candidates without certificates are not allowed to take the exam.
After the written test, from high score to low score, it is determined to participate in the interview and assessment according to the ratio of 1: 3.
Before the interview, the candidates who intend to enter the interview will be re-qualified. Those who cancel the interview qualification will be replenished according to the written test scores from high to low. If there is no substitute, the leading group will study and decide whether to organize an interview.
If there are insufficient personnel due to disqualification or abandonment of the interview due to violation of discipline, no replacement will be implemented.
Assessment by the county personnel bureau, county supervision bureau, county * * * Finance Bureau with the organization and implementation.
Step 5 allow access
(1) Convert the written test, interview and assessment results into total scores, and determine the candidates to be admitted from high score to low score;
(2) When the candidates to be admitted are tied, the candidates to be admitted shall be determined according to the principle of giving priority to those with the highest first degree. When the candidates are tied again, the leading group will study and decide;
(3) Candidates to be admitted
Unified to the designated hospital for physical examination. Those who fail the physical examination will not be admitted and will not be replenished.
Step 6 publicize
In the process of open recruitment, the registration qualification, written examination, interview and assessment results will be publicized, and after the expiration of the publicity period, the hiring personnel will go through the employment procedures. Anyone who reflects the situation during the publicity period after investigation and verification, under any of the following circumstances, will be disqualified and will not be replaced.
(1) violates the family planning policy;
(two) due to violation of state laws and regulations by party discipline, political discipline, or criminal punishment;
(3) Since joining the * * * organization;
(4) Academic qualifications are not recognized by higher authorities;
(5) Cheating in exams, forging work experience and other fraudulent acts.
