The archives of party member, a college graduate, are kept in Guiping Talent Exchange Center together with the personnel files after graduation, and managed by the Party's organization department or entrusted institution. Guiping City Talent Exchange Center is a public institution under the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Guiping City, which is mainly responsible for talent recruitment and training.
