Yucai Vocational and Technical School has been expanding in scale, and has delivered more than 2,500 secondary vocational graduates to the society in the past ten years.

With the development of Chaozhou's economy and urban construction, a large number of migrant workers have poured into Chaozhou, and the education of migrant workers' children has become a prominent social problem.

Migrant workers: because they work outside, they can't take care of their children, and the children are left unattended at home. It's safer to take them. It is not easy to find a school here. Without the hukou here, it is difficult for public schools to enter and the school selection fee is relatively high.

In view of this, in 2002, Wu founded the first school for children of migrant workers in Chaoshan-Yucai School. After five years' development, Yucai School has rapidly developed from 7/kloc-0 students in two classes at the beginning of its establishment to cover urban areas, Chao 'an and Fengxi, with a total of six campuses and more than 10,000 students.
