Why hasn't Dayi Air Rail been repaired?

Failing to implement the project funds as agreed. On the morning of June 26th, 20021year, the vehicle launching ceremony of SKYCITY platform of Tang Zhong Airport Railway and the vehicle off-line ceremony of Dayi Airport Railway Project were held in Tang Zhong Airport Railway Group Industrial Park. The project owner failed to implement the project funds as agreed, which led to the slow progress of the project and failed to complete the construction as originally planned.
