How is Dalian Neusoft treated?

I am a java developer, internship in Dalian Neusoft. I'm not sure about English customer service and testing, and I guess it's similar. The wages here are average or even low. I will go to Neusoft and Guangzhou in the future. According to the email, the probation salary is 2400 basic salary +500 subsidy, Dalian Neusoft is about 2200 basic salary +300 subsidy, and five insurances and one gold are deducted from the basic salary by 20% (the company pays 40%). Personally, I feel that the salary here is low and other aspects are quite good. The work and study environment here is very good, and the welfare benefits are also good. Trade unions here often have preferential policies for employees. For example, shopping mall specials, night shows and auto shows.
