Brief introduction of Heyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital

Heyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital is a non-profit public medical and health institution directly under the Municipal Health Bureau. 1956 was established in April, and 1992 was upgraded to the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital in February. The building area of the whole hospital is more than 5000 square meters. In June 2006, it was named as the first "baby-friendly hospital" in Heyuan by the Health Bureau, the World Health Organization and UNICEF. The hospital always adheres to the direction of "taking health care as the center, combining health care with clinic, facing the grassroots and the masses". It is a specialized maternal and child hospital integrating medical treatment, maternal and child health care, prenatal and postnatal care, family planning technical services, teaching and scientific research, and is a technical guidance center for maternal and child health care in five counties and one district.
