This is because the wheel key is dropped or damaged, just put it back in its original position. For some combined pumps, the front and rear rotor shafts are meshed with each other through grooves at the shaft ends. If the cog is broken, only the high vacuum rotor is rotating, and the low vacuum rotor is not rotating, or it is not working normally. There is no pumping at this time. If the low vacuum valve or rubber clamp is not opened due to negligence, there may be no air pumping. In addition, the marble of the exhaust valve falls, the spring of the stator pump breaks or the valve plate of the exhaust valve of the pump breaks, which will also cause the phenomenon of not pumping air.

2. Pumping: This situation is not the same as the above performance without pumping. The pump sound is often accompanied by loud noise, the valve plate beats loudly, the oil cylinder above the oil tank smokes, and sometimes a large amount of oil or oil mist is ejected at the same time. These are all phenomena caused by the discharge of a large amount of gas-high-speed airflow impacting the oil of vacuum pump. If this happens at the moment when the pump is turned on, it will disappear soon, which is normal. If there is fuel injection, it is necessary to check whether there are too many pumps or insufficient fuel injection prevention, and make improvements. If this phenomenon continues after the pump is started, it can be judged that the pump is pumping air. This may be caused by the system vacuum hose connected to the pump falling off, the pre-stage air release valve and air mixing valve not being closed, and the system breaking. If this happens, you can clamp the vacuum clamp or close the vacuum valve and the air mixing valve, and this situation will be improved. The phenomenon of air pumping is serious, and the slight phenomenon is only the low vacuum degree of the pump.

Obvious faults are often easily eliminated. As long as the low vacuum valve and inflation valve are closed or the vacuum clamp on the rubber tube is clamped, the damaged parts can be replaced. But some situations are more complicated.
