How many interns do you need for general kindergarten practice?

As far as I know, Shanghai kindergarten recruits 200 kindergarten teachers for internships.

1. 1.8 years old, college degree or above, major in preschool education, psychology and other related fields;

2. Have certain artistic expression ability, standard Mandarin, and articulate;

3. Love education, be proactive and have a strong sense of responsibility;

4. Have good learning ability and certain activity organization ability.
