Recruitment conditions of college counselors

The recruitment requirements for college counselors are as follows:

Have strong organizational management ability, language expression ability, education guidance ability, investigation and research ability, and the ability to carry out ideological and theoretical education and value guidance; Strong sense of discipline and rules, law-abiding, honest and upright, honest and self-disciplined.

Counselor:

Counselors refer to school public officials engaged in students' ideological and political education, students' daily management, employment guidance, mental health and the construction of student party groups. Each counselor generally manages one or several classes. Counselors' duties shall be carried out according to the Professional Ability Standard for Counselors in Colleges and Universities (Provisional).
