Conditions for applying for a veterinary license

Veterinary license application conditions are as follows:

(a) in line with the professional directory of the general veterinary examination, college education or full-time college students can sign up for the general veterinary examination.

(2) Before 1 and 1 in 2009, people with professional and technical titles above veterinary can sign up for the veterinary general examination.

(3) Rural veterinarians who were legally filed (registered) before 20 1 1 year (including 20 1 1 year) may sign up for the general veterinary or aquatic animal examination.

Veterinary qualification certificate is a qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Agriculture to individuals, indicating that they have the knowledge and skills related to animal diagnosis and treatment services and can engage in animal diagnosis and treatment services. Veterinary qualification certificate 20 12 was issued by the Ministry of Agriculture before, and later by the veterinary authorities of all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. The styles of the two certificates have not changed, only the official seal in the lower right corner of the certificate is different.

When applying for veterinary practice, the following materials shall be submitted online:

1, veterinary practice record form.

2, practicing veterinary qualification certificate.

3, medical institutions issued by the people and animals without brucellosis, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases detection certificate.

5. The qualification certificate of the practicing institution. If the applicant is the legal representative (person in charge) of an animal clinic, it shall provide an animal clinic license.
