The 2023 Henan special post teacher recruitment interview period will be from August 1st to 10th.

The 2023 Henan special post teacher recruitment interview mainly examines the applicant's subject knowledge, basic teacher qualities, language expression ability, appearance and manners, etc., with a full score of 100 points. Interviews are organized and implemented by each county (city) or provincial municipality. The interview results will be announced to the public in mid-August. Candidates can log in to the recruitment system to check the interview results.

In order to ensure the quality of recruitment of teachers for special posts, the written test scores of candidates determined to participate in interviews from various places must not be less than 90 points (the written test scores of candidates applying for positions in sports, music, and art disciplines must not be less than 80 points). Based on the candidates' wishes and above the provincial minimum score line, all localities will determine interview candidates in order from high scores to low scores in the written test in a ratio of 1:1.2 based on the number of posts in each section and subject in the county (city). .

If the number of people who meet the interview requirements does not meet the interview ratio requirements, the provincial cities and counties (cities) directly under the provincial administration will make adjustments based on the actual local conditions and in accordance with the principles of "openness, fairness and impartiality". The specific adjustment methods are determined by each provincial municipality and counties (cities) directly under the jurisdiction of the province. Recruitment conditions for special post teachers in Henan Province

1. The age should be above 18 years old and below 30 years old.

2. Those who have participated in the Western College Student Volunteer Service Program, have relevant volunteer work experience, or have participated in internship teaching work for more than six months, will be given priority for admission.

3. Graduates from ordinary universities with bachelor’s degree or above are mainly encouraged to apply. A small number of higher education college graduates will also be recruited.

4. Have corresponding teacher qualification certificates.

5. Candidates’ personal conditions must comply with the Teacher Law and Teacher Qualification Regulations. Their Mandarin proficiency, physical health, and physical and mental health conditions all need to meet the requirements of teachers.
