According to the Management Regulations on Safety Technology Training and Assessment of Special Operations Personnel, special operations personnel should receive theoretical and practical training on safety technology corresponding to the special operations they are engaged in, and only after passing the examination and obtaining the People's Republic of China (PRC) Special Operations Operation Certificate can they work at their posts.

Registration conditions for operation certificate of special operators:

1, at least 18 years old, and not exceeding the national statutory retirement age;

2, with a junior high school education (hazardous chemicals special operations personnel should have a high school education or equivalent);

3, good health, no hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, dizziness and other diseases and physical defects that hinder this operation;

4. Have the necessary safety technical knowledge and skills;
