I. Selection plan

According to the establishment and vacancy situation, it is proposed to openly select 10 civil servants (the specific positions are attached).

Second, the scope and object of choice

Civil servants who have been registered in the provincial, provincial, city, county (city, district) and township (town) organs of Henan Province and hold leadership positions below the department level or non-leadership positions below the chief clerk.

Third, the qualifications for admission

Applicants should have the following qualifications:

1, good political and professional quality, strong working ability;

2. Diligent and dedicated, with good conduct;

3.30 years old (born after 1980 65438+ 10/);

4. Full-time bachelor degree or above;

5. party member;

6, more than 2 years of work experience (Selected Graduates needs to work at the grassroots level for more than 3 years), and passed the annual assessment over the years or above;

7. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

8. Meet the professional and other requirements of the position to be transferred.

During the period of punishment or influence, those who are undergoing audit and disciplinary review, those who are suspected of committing crimes, those whose judicial procedures have not yet ended, those who have not completed their probation period or those who are newly recruited as civil servants, and those who are not allowed to transfer their posts according to laws, regulations and policies are not allowed to enter the examination. After the transfer, it is not allowed to apply for the position that constitutes avoidance relationship.

Four. Registration and qualification examination

On-site registration is implemented in this selection.

2. Registration place. Room KLOC-0, Building 2, Henan Hotel, No.88 Huayuan Road, Zhengzhou City.

3. Registration requirements. When registering, you must bring your valid ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, the original civil servant registration form issued by the organization and personnel department, 2 other relevant certification materials required for the position and 2 copies of the above materials, the consent certificate issued by the organization and personnel department of your unit 1 copy, and 4 recent one-inch bareheaded color photos of the same floor. At the same time, fill in the "Registration Form for Civil Servants of the Public Selection Organ of the Political and Legal Committee of Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China" (attached) in duplicate.

4. Qualification examination. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of selection. The relevant materials provided by the applicant must be true and effective. If the information provided is not true, once it is found, it will be disqualified from entering the next stage.

5. In principle, the ratio between the number of qualified applicants for each selected position and the number to be selected shall not be less than 5: 1. If the proportion is not up to the specified proportion, the number of candidates should be reduced accordingly.

6. The list of qualified personnel is published on Henan Personnel Examination Network and Henan Ping 'an Network. The exam is divided into written test and interview.

1, written test

The written test is closed, which mainly tests the ability to investigate, analyze, solve problems and write and handle official documents by using the basic principles of Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents, Scientific Outlook on Development, administration and law. 100.

Candidates take the written test with their valid ID card and admission ticket. The ID card used when taking the exam must be the same as the ID card used when registering.

Step 2 interview

According to the written test results, the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:3 from high score to low score.

Before the interview, the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Party Committee will organize interviewers to confirm the interview. When the interview is confirmed, the academic certification report is required. (Education certification takes time, please prepare in advance)

3. The total test score = written test score+interview score.

4. This exam does not specify a counseling book, nor does it hold or entrust any institution to hold an exam counseling training class.

Six, physical examination and inspection

According to the total score of the examination, the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the ratio of 1:2 from high score to low score.

For physical examination, please refer to the Notice of the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health on Printing and Distributing the General Standard of Civil Servant Physical Examination (for Trial Implementation) (Guo Ren Ban Fa [2005]1No.) and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Personnel and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Printing and Distributing the Operation Manual of Civil Servant Physical Examination (for Trial Implementation) (Guo Ren Ting Fa [2007] No.25). Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Health's Notice on Revising the General Standard of Civil Servant Employment Physical Examination (Trial) and Civil Servant Employment Physical Examination Manual (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [20 10] 19) was implemented.

The inspection work is organized and implemented by the Political Department of the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, which mainly examines the applicant's ideological and political, moral quality, ability and quality, realistic performance, law-abiding, honest and self-disciplined, and whether it is necessary to avoid it. Verify whether the information and materials submitted at the time of registration are true and accurate.

Seven, publicity, probation and job transfer procedures.

According to the examination, physical examination and investigation, according to the number of people to be transferred, the most suitable candidate for the post to be transferred is determined and publicized for 7 days.

After the expiration of the publicity period, the personnel to be transferred to the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Party Committee will be tried for 3 months. No transfer formalities will be handled during the probation period.

After the probation period expires, organize the examination in time. Those who pass the examination shall go through the transfer formalities according to the relevant regulations.

The positions promoted by the admissions staff after passing the qualification examination will not be recognized.
