How long can I inform the public of the interview (Ningbo)

If the recruitment position is urgent and you meet their recruitment requirements very well, most of them will be able to talk with you before you finish the interview: how long are you free, salary and so on. Even if no final decision is made that day, you will be informed of your appointment in about 3 days.

If the recruitment position is urgent, but you are not suitable for their recruitment requirements, you will be told to go back and wait for the notice. Usually they will interview other people, and it's hopeless for you to meet other suitable candidates. If there is no suitable candidate and you are in a hurry, you can make do with it, and you will be informed in about 7- 15 days.

If the recruitment position is not urgent, there is no fixed time limit for your suitability.

As an HR, this is my personal suggestion. Sometimes different companies will give interview notices in different ways. Some large enterprises may have to go through various approval processes, so you may have to wait longer to be hired.
