Enterprises that have close relations with the government and have more exchanges with each other will mostly convert their trust in government documents and street coordinators into trust in our investigators, investigation purposes, confidentiality and information use, and complete the questionnaire with better quality and efficiency. For example, in enterprises such as Zhujiang Beer and Food Industry Research Institute, the managers of the functional departments of Haizhu District Government can directly contact their corresponding managers, which greatly reduces the loss of trust in the process of information transmission, so the distribution and recovery of questionnaires will be very smooth.
But in the whole survey, there are still a large number of small and micro enterprises. In the process of communication and information transmission, the trust in the investigation itself is weakening from the functional departments of the district government to the sub-district offices and then to the community level. In particular, district-level government functional departments have no mandatory binding force on street offices and communities, and street and government quality departments are cooperative, not obeying orders. Although this has also experienced step-by-step contact from the street to the community, it still depends more on the unremitting efforts of the final investigator or the individual will of the respondent to decide to participate in the survey. In particular, many enterprises with similar workshops have almost no intersection with various government functional departments, and there is no identification problem with government documents. In fact, from what I have seen, there are a lot of micro-enterprises in the village, even a pavement and several rooms in a residential building. The coordinator cannot be familiar with everyone, and the coordinator cannot be familiar with all these business owners. The trust of these small enterprises in our investigation and the burden of letting go of their guard mainly depend on the trust of grass-roots management departments at the community level or their voluntary support for our investigation. In fact, little or no trust is really transmitted from the higher level of government management to these small enterprises. Many small businesses trust community management departments more than higher-level district-level government management departments, and government red tape actually won't work. Therefore, in order to achieve a higher success rate, interviews and surveys for small businesses need to convey the trust brought by streets and communities. The community worker is not only a guide, but a trustworthy signal sent by the grass-roots management department through his appearance.

On April 20th, 20xx, under the leadership of President Xu Chao of Eco-livable College, the Environment Teaching and Research Department carried out enterprise research activities. The purpose is to find out what kind of talents are needed by enterprises and what the employment standards are, so as to clarify the market demand, adjust the talent training plan of this major accordingly, increase the close relationship between teaching and enterprises, and pave the way for the development and growth of this major.
The investigation team consists of Xu Chao, Dean of Ecologically Livable College, Ji Ruihua, Director of Environment Teaching and Research Section, Dr. Chen Jinduan and me. First, a teaching and research section meeting was held on April 18. All the teachers in the teaching and research section discuss the research plan, prepare the research, and walk into the enterprise with problems.
On April 2nd, we visited the environmental monitoring station in Hengshan County. Under the leadership of Mr. Liu Zuoyun, this unit has a stable cooperative relationship with our school. In the past two years, our school has recommended excellent students to practice, and the effect is good. However, the stationmaster Tang of the monitoring station reported that there were some problems with the four interns this year. We went to visit and investigate in order to find the problems and solve them. Director Tang said that our students' practical ability is ok, but their theoretical knowledge is poor, sometimes they are not diligent enough, and they are not active enough to learn. Based on this, communicate with students, analyze problems with students, and put forward the direction of rectification, hoping that students can improve. According to a return visit last week, stationmaster Tang said that they all made progress and achieved gratifying results. With regard to our teaching, Director Tang's suggestion is: since the state has delegated the testing right to the third party, the third-party testing unit now needs a large number of talents, so it is necessary to strengthen the construction of laboratories and teach students to use necessary large-scale instruments such as atomic absorption spectrometry and liquid chromatography, so that students can become the talents needed by employers. At the same time, students should be urged to master theoretical knowledge during school.
On the afternoon of April 6th, we visited Changsha Huashijie Environmental Protection Company, and had an exchange with Manager Chen of Personnel Department, Director Hu of Recruitment Department and Manager Sun of Online Monitoring Department, and visited their laboratories. The two sides first introduced each other about the company and the school, and then discussed and exchanged views on what kind of talents are needed by the industry enterprises, the requirements of the industry enterprises for running schools, the requirements for graduates, and how to connect the courses with the industry enterprises, and solicited suggestions from the company, and put forward the hope of school-enterprise cooperation, internship and actual employment. Director Hu believes that our curriculum has not been subdivided in the direction, and the result is that the students taught seem to know everything, but they are not proficient in anything, which is not conducive to students' targeted employment. Director Hu suggested that the school can divide students into classes in the sophomore year, subdivide the direction and train students in a directional way. Manager Chen suggested that students should be educated in literacy as soon as they are freshmen, so that students can understand the enterprise industry and know what they can do, and then choose the direction according to their interests, specialties and employment tendency. Manager Chen also suggested that the knowledge in books is blunt and difficult to teach, and students should go to the scene to study more. According to his own experience, Manager Sun suggested that the school introduce more industries so that students can have a good understanding of the industry and its future development direction.
The next morning, we visited a battery factory, exchanged ideas and visited the waste gas and wastewater treatment system of the factory. The exchange results are basically the same as those in the previous two units, so they will not be repeated here.
Through this research activity, I understand the requirements of current industry enterprises for students, that is, solid theoretical knowledge, strong hands-on ability, active study, hard work and loyalty to the company. These requirements should be reflected in the usual teaching, such as improving teaching methods, enhancing teaching effect, and strictly mastering classroom discipline, so that students can better master theoretical knowledge; At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen laboratory construction and school-enterprise cooperation, actively carry out various experimental training, and enhance students' practical ability. In addition, we should also pay attention to cooperation with enterprises, invite experts from enterprises to give lectures in our school and introduce the situation of enterprise industry to students. There are also adjustments to personnel training programs and strengthening docking and contact with enterprises. All these should be done step by step, so as to cultivate high-quality talents that enterprises need.
