What materials are needed to declare financial support?

The so-called "supporting things with money" is to boldly innovate the management system and operation mechanism for the purpose of strengthening rural public welfare services. While changing the nature of the unit and the identity of the personnel, we will increase financial input, implement government procurement, and spend money on rural public welfare services. Hubei province earnestly explores new ways of township institutional reform. From the pilot project in Xian 'an District in June 2003 to the whole province in 2006, a new mechanism of "supporting things with money" was established.

If it is really necessary to employ "money support" post personnel, the employing unit shall first apply, and after the approval of the editorial board, open recruitment shall be made to the public in accordance with the provisions of the Interim Measures for the Open Recruitment of Staff in Municipal Institutions.

The personnel employed in the position of "supporting things with money" shall meet the following conditions:

(a) good conduct, law-abiding, no violation of discipline and other bad records;

(2) physical and mental health;

(3) Having the professional conditions and educational level required for the post.

The employing unit and the employed personnel shall follow the principles of legality, fairness, equality, voluntariness, consensus, honesty and credit, and sign a written employment contract.

In addition to the provisions stipulated in Article 17 of the Labor Contract Law, the employment contract shall also clearly stipulate the following contents:

(1) Term of employment;

(2) Job responsibilities;

(3) post discipline;

(4) On-the-job training and continuing education;

(5) Basic working conditions required for the post;

(6) remuneration package (including social insurance);

(seven) the conditions for the change and termination of the employment contract;

(8) Liability for breach of contract.
