What is RPO service?

RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) refers to an enterprise outsourcing its recruitment requirements to a third-party RPO professional company, and the RPO service provider manages the whole recruitment process within the enterprise. RPO service is a way of human resource outsourcing (HRO), and the biggest difference between RPO service and these common recruitment outsourcing is that it provides a fast through train service. In this service, the whole process of internal recruitment is outsourced by enterprises.
