The center is a "one-stop" comprehensive service platform for administrative examination and approval services, public resource transactions and government procurement in the whole region. It is also a platform for standardizing administrative examination and approval services, optimizing development environment and creating sunshine services in our region. The center is located on the first and second floors of Longhai Building, No.200 Yun 'an Avenue, Longzhouwan Street, Banan District, with an area of about 4,000 square meters. The first floor is the trading hall, with an area of about 1400 square meters, with connection area, bid opening area and bid evaluation area. The second floor is the administrative service hall, covering an area of about 2,600 square meters, with service windows, electronic monitoring rooms, office areas, rest and waiting areas and other functional areas. 23 departments set up independent service windows, and 10 departments entered the integrated service window. The center also has seven sub-centers: land and housing ownership registration, marriage registration, port and shipping management, tobacco monopoly license, human resources and social security, land management and public security.
