In the forest restoration area, the 14 theme park displaying local culture and folk customs in Zhoukou counties and cities was basically completed. The 14 theme parks are Huaiyang Garden, Xihua Garden, Sheung Shui Garden, Lu Yi Garden, Shenqiu Garden, Taikang Garden, Xiangcheng Garden, Fugou Garden, Dancheng Garden, Chuanhui Garden, Municipal Economic Development Zone Park, Dongxin District Park, Port Park and Huangfan District Park.

In Chuanhui Garden, located in the southeast of Zhoukou Forest Park, there are water systems for the public to watch, sculptures reflecting the prosperity of Zhoujiakou, and the famous historical and cultural landscape "Eight Scenes of Zhoukou". The environment is elegant and the layout is rigorous and compact.

Wang Benyan, director of the Construction Management Office of the Administrative New District of Chuanhui District, introduced that the park is divided into pavilion leisure area, cultural popular science area and waterscape viewing area, which integrates the rich cultural connotation of Chuanhui District with natural landscapes such as mountains, stones, water, trees and flowers, as well as human landscapes such as archways, pavilions, docks, sculptures and squares, highlighting the harmonious development between man and nature.

"During the National Day, 14 theme parks can meet the opening conditions, and most areas can open in mid-June 10 to welcome guests." Wang Yong, member of the Party Committee of the Municipal Forestry Bureau and head of the Forest Park Command, said that at present, the whole construction stage has entered the final stage, with a total of 800,000 cubic meters of earthwork piled up, and nearly 100 kinds of trees, such as Ginkgo biloba, Metasequoia glyptostroboides, Sapindus mukoraiensis, red maple, Pinus tabulaeformis, Luan tree, Pu Shu, begonia, osmanthus fragrans, apricot tree and cherry blossom, have been planted, with the number reaching 6,543,800.
