According to the work needs of the city social welfare institute, it is planned to openly recruit 5 professional and technical personnel for the society. Now the specific recruitment plan is announced as follows:
1. Recruitment conditions

(I) Release recruitment information
Recruitment information is released to the public through Hengyang Personnel Network. Specific time: May 24-June 1
(II) Time, place and method of registration
1. Registration time: June 2-June 4, 212 from 8: 3 to 18: (no rest at noon), and registration procedures will not be handled after the deadline.

4. Registration requirements: Applicants must fill in the registration form in duplicate, provide 3 recent 1-inch color photos with the same background, and the original and photocopy of their valid certificates such as ID card, graduation certificate and practice qualification certificate. Each person is limited to one post.
(III) Qualification Examination
The leading group for open recruitment shall conduct qualification examination on the applicants according to the post requirements and qualification conditions. Only when the number of applicants for each position is more than 5:1 can the examination be held. If it is less than 5:1, the recruitment leading group will decide whether to hold the examination or reduce the number of recruitment positions.
(4) Examination methods
Written examination and interview are adopted. The written test accounts for 7% of the total score, and the interview accounts for 3% of the total score.
(1) written test: all those who passed the qualification examination participated in the written test organized by the open recruitment leading group of the municipal social welfare institute. The contents of the examination include: professional basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills.
The written test is answered by paper and pencil, and the answer is given on the answer sheet. The questions are multiple-choice questions, with 1 questions for each major, out of 1 points, and the examination time is 15 minutes.
The time and place of written examination shall be based on the Admission Ticket, which shall be called by the Xuanke Department of the Civil Affairs Bureau to pick up at the registration point two days in advance.

(2) Interview: According to the ratio of the written test score to the recruitment plan of 3: 1, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score, and a structured interview is conducted for ten minutes, which mainly examines the candidates' professional knowledge, adaptability and appearance temperament. The interview time and place will be announced separately.
(5) Physical examination
According to the comprehensive scores of written examination and interview, the candidates who participate in the physical examination are determined from high score to low score according to the recruitment plan (1: 1) (the scores are the same, and the high score in written examination is preferred). The physical examination work is organized and implemented by the recruitment leading group of the Municipal Social Welfare Institute, and the medical examination expenses are borne by the candidates who participate in the physical examination. The physical examination standard refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. If there is a vacancy due to the unqualified physical examination of the candidates, the candidates will be replenished in equal amount from high score to low score according to their comprehensive scores, and the replenishment will not exceed twice.
(VI) Publicity
According to the comprehensive examination results, physical examination and assessment results, the candidates to be hired are determined through collective research by the recruitment leading group, and reported to Hengyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for qualification review. The list of qualified candidates after examination is publicized on Hengyang Personnel Network for 7 days. After the end of the publicity period, it will not be replenished.
(VII) Handling formalities
If there is no objection after publicity, handle the employment formalities, sign the employment contract and implement the probation period (the probation period is one year). After the probation period expires, the examination will be conducted, mainly to assess the applicant's ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance.
those who have passed the probation period and passed the examination shall go through the relevant procedures such as enrollment; Otherwise, the employment contract will be terminated, and relevant procedures such as recruitment will not be handled.
