In accordance with the spirit of the Regulations on Personnel Management of Institutions (Order No.652 of the State Council) and the Interim Provisions on Public Recruitment of Staff in Institutions (Order No.6 of Ministry of Personnel), combined with the actual needs of institutions affiliated to Yichang Education Bureau, it is planned to organize special public recruitment of institutions affiliated to Yichang Education Bureau in 2023.

2. Registration method.

3. Registration requirements.

Applicants should carefully read the recruitment announcement, truthfully fill in the relevant information, and scan and upload the following materials:

4. Qualification examination and others.

2. written test.

(1) Determination of finalists in written test.

3. Comprehensive score calculation.

(1) score weight.

According to the weight of interview scores accounting for 60% and written test scores accounting for 40%, the comprehensive scores of candidates are calculated.

The comprehensive score is accurate to two decimal places.

If the comprehensive scores are the same, the candidates will be ranked according to the interview results. If the candidates' interview results are still the same, organize an extra test and determine it according to the candidates' extra test results from high to low.

(2) Bonus policy.

According to the policy requirements of the state and our province on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grassroots level, preferential policies are implemented for the "three supports and one support" plan, the volunteer service project personnel of college students in the western region, and the retired soldiers of college graduates who have served in the army for more than 5 years (inclusive).

The service expiration date is July 3, 20231.

If the written test score reaches the minimum qualified line, 5 points can be added if the written test score is converted into a percentage system.

The calculation formula of bonus points is: (written test score 100% +5 points) ×40%= total written test score.

Physical examination is conducted in general hospitals at or above the county level. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

2. Employment.

The newly recruited personnel are assigned to the schools affiliated to Yichang Education Bureau by Yichang Teacher Development Center and included in the formal financial allocation management.

After being audited and put on record by Yichang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the employment notice will be issued, and the recruitment unit will handle the recruitment procedures for the personnel to be hired according to the relevant regulations and procedures.
