2. Registration method.

The registration, inquiry and printing of the admission ticket of this open recruitment examination are all carried out through the "Yichang Public Institutions Open Recruitment Registration System" rskswt/PC/index.jhtml.

Candidates log in and register for corresponding positions, fill in relevant information as required and upload scanned copies.

3. Registration requirements.

Applicants should carefully read the recruitment announcement, truthfully fill in the relevant information, and scan and upload the following materials:

(1) Original valid ID card (front and back);

(2) Bachelor's or Master's degree certificate and corresponding degree certificate;

(3) High school and above teacher qualification certificate or accounting qualification certificate;

(4) The online report of undergraduate and master students' status and the electronic registration form of academic certificates of the Ministry of Education.

4. Qualification examination and others.

(2) Because the academic qualifications and professional names of overseas universities in China are different from those in China, on the basis of adhering to the principle of being similar to domestic majors and having roughly the same courses, the employer will set up an overseas academic qualifications and professional qualification review team of not less than three people to review their academic qualifications and professional qualifications according to the courses, resumes and other materials provided by candidates, and make a conclusion on whether they meet the requirements for entering the examination.

5. Before the interview, the ratio of the planned number of recruitment positions to the number of applicants must reach 1:3.

If it does not reach the prescribed proportion, the number of recruitment plans will be reduced or the number of recruitment positions will be cancelled accordingly.

(2) Examination arrangement

The examination is organized and implemented by Yichang Education Bureau in the way of interview first and then written examination, and relevant announcements are issued in time.

1. Interview.

Candidates must take the exam at the specified time and place with the original admission ticket and valid ID card. Those who lack a certificate and those who fail to refer to it within the specified time are deemed to have given up the examination qualification automatically.

The minimum qualified score line for the interview is determined according to the interview announcement.

Candidates who reach the minimum qualified score line can participate in the post performance ranking; Candidates below the minimum qualified score cannot enter the written test.

2. written test.

(1) Determination of finalists in written test.

According to the order of interview results from high score to low score, the written test candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:3.

If the interviewers are absent from the exam and the written candidates fail to reach the required proportion, the number of people in the recruitment plan will be reduced or the recruitment positions will be cancelled accordingly, and an announcement will be made in official website, Yichang Education Bureau in time.

(2) Qualification examination before written examination.

Before the written test, the recruiting unit and Yichang Education Bureau will organize the qualification review of the finalists, who must bring the original and photocopy of the post requirements materials to participate in the written test qualification review.

Candidates who fail to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place or fail to pass the qualification review cannot enter the written test.

3. Comprehensive score calculation.

(1) score weight.

According to the weight of interview scores accounting for 60% and written test scores accounting for 40%, the comprehensive scores of candidates are calculated.

The comprehensive score is accurate to two decimal places.

If the comprehensive scores are the same, the candidates will be ranked according to the interview results. If the candidates' interview results are still the same, organize an extra test and determine it according to the candidates' extra test results from high to low.

Candidates' comprehensive scores will be published in official website, Yichang Education Bureau in time.

(2) Bonus policy.

According to the policy requirements of the state and our province on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grassroots level, preferential policies are implemented for the "three supports and one support" plan, the volunteer service project personnel of college students in the western region, and the retired soldiers of college graduates who have served in the army for more than 5 years (inclusive).

The service expiration date is July 3, 20231.

If the written test score reaches the minimum qualified line, 5 points can be added if the written test score is converted into a percentage system.

The calculation formula of bonus points is: (written test score 100% +5 points) ×40%= total written test score.

Some personnel of the above two projects were selected to report after July, and those with the same batch in the same year and no other special circumstances can be regarded as the expiration of their service.

Those who have become registered personnel of government agencies and institutions will no longer enjoy this preferential policy.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

1. Physical examination.

Physical examination is conducted in general hospitals at or above the county level. Physical examination refers to the Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2012] No.65) and the Notice on Revising the General Standard of Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) and the Manual of Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [20 16).

The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Step 2 check.

Yichang City Education Bureau and the recruitment unit are responsible for the inspection, and the inspection work plan is drawn up according to the relevant regulations and actual needs.

3. Candidates who voluntarily give up, fail in physical examination or inspection can be replaced by physical examination or inspection personnel in turn according to their comprehensive scores.

(4) Publicity and employment

If there is no objection to the publicity, it shall be reported to Yichang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for review and filing.

Employees must obtain their diplomas and degree certificates before July 3, 20231.Those who fail to obtain their diplomas and degree certificates on time will not be employed.

Publicity reflects the problems affecting employment, and if it is verified, it will not be hired.

If the problems reflected in the publicity are difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be suspended and then whether to hire or not will be decided after it is found out.

If the employed person fails to report within the time limit (within 3 days after receiving the employment notice) without justifiable reasons, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

It can be replenished from high score to low score according to the comprehensive scores of candidates who take the post examination.

2. Employment.

The newly recruited personnel are assigned to the schools affiliated to Yichang Education Bureau by Yichang Teacher Development Center and included in the formal financial allocation management.

After being audited and put on record by Yichang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the employment notice will be issued, and the recruitment unit will handle the recruitment procedures for the personnel to be hired according to the relevant regulations and procedures.

Recruiting units sign employment contracts with new recruits and implement post management.

1.
