I want to be a clear stream.

I interviewed a company doing big data on the Internet today. Although it is a sales position, I actually came to Beijing and had a short or long exchange with many hr, and the company that recorded alone had 60+. You may wonder why I recorded so many. There is a simple reason. I thought at that time that the company might choose me at one percent or even one thousandth, and my choice might be only a few tenths, so I should make more preparations.

Then when I really came to Beijing for an internship, I found that the sales post was probably the easiest position to step into the threshold among all positions. I have a college degree or above, and some high school degrees are also acceptable. Basic communication and expression skills, outgoing personality, not afraid to communicate with strangers. As for product knowledge, the general company has training, ranging from three to five days to ten and a half months. Some are directly employed while training.

So I interviewed more than a dozen companies, and the pass rate was still quite high. 10 Almost 8 companies can pass, and one or two may be an accident, haha!

Today, I also received a little surprise and encouragement. "You are a clear stream in my WeChat circle of friends!" Hr said that she also said on WeChat yesterday why she invited me for an interview. She was looking forward to meeting me today, because she read some of my friends' circles and wrote several articles. She also set up two official WeChat accounts, so she got to know me a little and then became curious about me, so she was looking forward to meeting me face to face.

Why is my post a clear stream in her circle of friends, because many of her WeChat friends are more colleagues, customers, bosses and so on. My post may be more personalized, and I am willing to show my true self. In fact, it is "being myself", which is different from her other WeChat friends.

At the end of the communication, I unconsciously communicated with hr about things other than the interview, such as the communication of big data is a development trend, the communication of cognitive differences between people and so on. It's interesting, and I found that my hr value in today's interview is very high, haha! Very happy. In fact, in hr's view, I may be a "special" interviewer, holding a notebook to ask questions, and she is also the person who has interviewed many job seekers for a long time to communicate. I still feel quite predestined, hehe!

In addition, the company also provides a job trial opportunity, a six-day paid job trial. I think this strategy is quite good. On the one hand, the company can judge whether ta is suitable for this company through the short-term performance of job seekers, on the other hand, job seekers can also judge whether they are suitable for the company's work through work practice. It is beneficial to both sides.

Why should we prepare some questions for the interviewer at the end of the interview?

It's actually very simple. First of all, why do companies set up recruitment links, and more are face-to-face recruitment, because it is necessary to judge whether job seekers can match positions, such as sales posts, through interview communication. Interviewers can simply interview job seekers whether they are introverted or extroverted, how to express themselves and how to think logically.

In fact, I ask questions to find out whether I am suitable for this job through the interviewer. For example, I asked a question about what abilities, talents and resources an excellent salesperson needs. The purpose is to understand the gap between yourself and the outstanding talents of the company, and to judge whether you have this ability, or whether you can cultivate the ability of this outstanding talent through later work practice, so as to better match the positions provided by the company and create greater value.

A friend who works as hr in a listed company in Shenzhen said, "To sell this position, the usual strategy is to recruit 100 people, and it is good that one of them can survive, because one can produce more achievements than the other 99, but the other 99 people think anyone can do it." It really makes sense, so the sales threshold is quite low. I said with emotion: "There are many people, few talents and even fewer scarce talents." In fact, this is also a bit in line with the 28 th Law, and 20% of excellent sales staff can create 80% of the performance.

I would like to be a clean stream in my study and life, and I hope that warmth will flow in the hearts of every friend who has contact with me. At work, I would rather be a wolf, try to be a useful person and create more value for the company and the team.
