1939 was born on April 6th in an intellectual family in Changsha, Hunan.

1964 graduated from Hunan medical college in August. From August of the same year to1March of 972, he worked as a surgeon in Hengyang People's Hospital, Hunan Province.

April1972-March 1978 worked as a surgeon in Meixian District People's Hospital, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province.

1April 1978 to1September 1985 as a lecturer in the teaching and research section of regional anatomy of Hunan Medical College.

June1985-June 1988, deputy director and associate researcher of reproductive engineering in Hunan Medical University.

After 1988 10, he served as deputy director of Hunan-China Medical Genetics Center, director of National Sperm Bank Technical Guidance Center, director of Reproductive Engineering Office of Hunan Medical University, researcher, professor and doctoral supervisor.

1985 Since September, he has been a senior visiting scholar at Yale University in the United States, Nick Medical Center in France, Virus Research Institute of American Red Cross, and University of Toronto in Canada for academic research.
