How to prepare for a teacher recruitment interview?

Structurally, the course is divided into two steps: one is to learn theory and answer structured questions, and the other is to practice external expression and answer structured questions.

First of all, in structural theory, candidates should read more questions before answering questions and summarize relevant test sites and answering methods. According to three structured questioning methods, we classify the question of "what" as a professional cognitive question, the question of "how to look at it" as a comprehensive analysis question, and the question of "how to do it" as a problem-solving question. These three types of questions basically cover all the structural problems of teaching and recruiting, and the focus of preparing for the exam is also very different.

First, for the content of professional cognition, it mainly focuses on teachers' professional understanding and personal information, such as "What are four qualified teachers?" "Who is your favorite educator?" Wait a minute. In fact, it is not difficult to ask such a question. The key is whether you know these questions in advance and whether you are prepared when preparing lessons. Generally speaking, the essence of such questions will not exceed 30 questions. As long as you can grasp 30 questions in advance, the interview will naturally be very simple.

Second, for comprehensive analysis questions, an educational event or an educational phenomenon is often displayed, and candidates express their views around this event or phenomenon. Because there are many such problems, all simple preparations are not enough. The key is to sum up the ideas for answering such questions, and analyze and answer them according to the ideas.

Thirdly, for solving problems, these problems usually include teachers' related educational practice, emergency treatment, interpersonal relationship, activity organization and so on, and there are many such problems. These questions mainly examine the examinee's ability to deal with events, and pay more attention to the examinee's problem-solving methods, so that we can sum up the methods to deal with various common problems when preparing lessons and achieve twice the result with half the effort.

On the other hand, to understand the answering theory, candidates need to be able to answer through their own expressions, and the external expressive force of all candidates is also crucial. When preparing lessons, dealing with the induction of topics also requires candidates to practice more, overcome nervousness, match reasonable teaching posture and attitude, and answer through vivid language.
