2. Recommended by at least two practicing doctors of TCM related majors in this province, and the recommended doctors do not include their instructors.

(two) after years of practice in traditional Chinese medicine, the following conditions shall be met when applying for the qualification examination for doctors:

1. Have a technical background in traditional Chinese medicine, and have been engaged in technical work in traditional Chinese medicine for five years under the guidance of a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine or five years before the implementation of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Traditional Chinese Medicine;

2. The diagnosis and treatment of some diseases are unique, technically safe and effective, and have been recognized by patients;

3 recommended by at least two professional practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine in this province.

(3) Before the implementation of the Detailed Rules for the Administration of Registration for the Qualification Examination of Experts in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhejiang Province, those who have obtained the practicing certificate of rural doctors issued by Zhejiang Province may apply for the qualification examination of experts in traditional Chinese medicine in Zhejiang Province.

(4) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel studying Chinese medicine in Zhejiang Province may apply for taking the qualification examination of Chinese medicine practitioners in Zhejiang Province.

Second, the assessment method, content, time and place

The evaluation contents are as follows:

(1) Contents of oral prescription examination.

1. Medical appraisal statement (5 minutes). The applicant shall state the source or inheritance of his medical skills, the specific contents, indications and characteristics of his medical skills, the safety and risk prevention measures of medical technology, etc.

2. On-site question and answer (10 minutes). Ask and answer questions about the basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, treatment methods and safety of traditional Chinese medicine related to the scope and syndromes of diseases in the applicant's medical expertise statement.

3. Skill operation (10 minutes). Operation of TCM diagnosis and treatment skills related to the applicant's medical skills. Cooperate with external treatment technology and evaluate the operation of external treatment technology. If the applicant does not have relevant skills, the on-site question and answer time will be appropriately increased.

4. Identification of traditional Chinese medicine (5 minutes).

(1) Randomly select common Chinese medicines and toxic Chinese medicines for identification;

(2) Evaluation of meridian tropism, functional indications, common dosage, etc. Related Chinese medicines;

(3) According to the risk points, examine the related contraindications, knowledge of toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine and detoxification methods.

(two) the content of external treatment technology evaluation.

3. Technical operation of external treatment (10 minute).

(1) Conduct safety assessment around the operation site, operation difficulty, degree of trauma, infection risk, etc. Evaluate the applicant's operational safety risk awareness and effective prevention methods according to the risk points.

4. Identification of traditional Chinese medicine (5 minutes).

(1) Randomly select common Chinese medicines and toxic Chinese medicines for identification;

(2) Evaluation of meridian tropism, functional indications, common dosage, etc. Related Chinese medicines;

(3) According to the risk points, examine the related contraindications, knowledge of toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine and detoxification methods.

(three) the treatment method is mainly oral prescription, combined with the use of external treatment technology, or external treatment technology combined with the use of traditional Chinese medicine, increase the relevant assessment content.
