Interview: According to the ranking of audition results for the same position, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of the number of job recruiters 1:3. The interview mainly examines the applicant's image temperament, language expression, adaptability and comprehensive analysis ability.

Application for teaching assistant position: take written test, operation test and interview, and calculate the comprehensive score according to the percentage system, in which the written test accounts for 30% of the comprehensive score, the operation test accounts for 40% of the comprehensive score and the interview accounts for 30% of the comprehensive score.

Written test: All qualified personnel take the written test, which includes: current affairs and politics, higher education laws and regulations, higher education science, higher education psychology, etc.

Operation test: according to the written test scores of candidates in the same position, the number of operation candidates is determined according to the ratio of 1: 3, and the operation mainly examines the basic skills of candidates in the position.

Interview: All participants in the operation test participate, and the interview mainly evaluates the image temperament, language expression, adaptability, comprehensive analysis ability, relevant professional knowledge and skills of the candidate.

Apply for the position of counselor: take the written test and interview, and calculate the comprehensive score according to the percentage system, in which the written test accounts for 50% of the comprehensive score and the interview accounts for 50% of the comprehensive score.

Written test: All qualified personnel take the written test, which includes: current affairs and politics, higher education laws and regulations, higher education science, higher education psychology, etc.

Interview: According to the ranking of written test scores, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1:3. The interview takes the way of answering questions, which mainly examines the candidates' gfd, language expression, psychological quality, ability to analyze and solve problems and the relevant knowledge of counselors.

Apply for other positions: take the written test and interview, and calculate the comprehensive score according to the percentage system, in which the written test accounts for 50% of the comprehensive score and the interview accounts for 50% of the comprehensive score.

Written test: All qualified personnel take the written test, which includes: current affairs and politics, higher education laws and regulations, higher education science, higher education psychology, etc.

Interview: According to the ranking of applicants for the same position, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1: 3. The interview mainly evaluates the image temperament, language expression, adaptability, comprehensive analysis ability, relevant professional knowledge and skills of the candidates.

Set the qualified score of comprehensive score as 75 points, and those below 75 points will not be hired.

The results of all aspects of the exam are published on the website of the college and the website of the personnel department.

(5) Physical examination and investigation

According to the comprehensive score ranking, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the proportion of the number of job recruiters 1: 1, and the physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the physical examination standards for teacher qualification in Hunan Province. Those who pass the physical examination enter the inspection, mainly to examine their political and ideological performance and psychological quality, and to examine the qualifications of candidates. In the review, if false information is found, its qualification will be cancelled.

Sixth, publicity.

According to the comprehensive results, physical examination and investigation results, the recruitment leading group of the school determines the candidates to be hired and reports them to the school party Committee for review. Seven. Employment and treatment

After publicity without objection, go through the employment formalities and sign the employment contract. The probation period for newly hired master students is 6 months, and the probation period for newly hired doctoral students is 3 months (the probation period is included in the employment contract).
