Not difficult. I have enough education, but for specific positions, there will be training or someone to take you.

But now many banks are hiring by default or with connections, and the interview is just a formality. Only a few of them are recruited from outside, but that doesn't mean you don't have a chance. Because I don't know what position you will be in, and the bank has a rotation system, it's useless to say that you are prepared. If you study finance, you should know something about economy, banking management, risks, laws and regulations, accounting, etc.
