Hengyi Brunei PMB Petrochemical Project regards employment localization as an important topic from the beginning, attaches importance to local staff recruitment and personnel training, and aims to achieve 50% localization rate at the beginning of the project. In order to better cultivate local talents, Hengyi Industry has jointly trained talents with universities in China and China, trained the younger generation of petrochemical engineers in Brunei with UBD and Zhejiang University, and jointly trained with Brunei Institute of Science and Technology Education.
