Chief Technology Officer (CTO, also often called technology officer or chief technology officer) is one of the senior executive positions in the enterprise group and is the highest person in charge of technology in the enterprise. Technical directors are generally responsible for the construction and maintenance of an enterprise's technical management system. Business Responsibilities
1. Formulate and organize the implementation of technical system work goals and work plans.
2. Organize the formulation and implementation of technical system rules and regulations and implementation details.
3. Organize the review of non-conforming products.
4. Organizational technology, product development and innovation.
5. Organize the establishment and implementation of a quality system.
6. Company standardization and measurement management work.
7. Conduct technical analysis and quality analysis regularly, and formulate preventive and corrective measures.
8. Subscription for important technical process equipment and measuring instruments.
9. Organize and keep technical system documents and other information and manage company files.
10. Company confidentiality. Management Responsibilities
1. Organizational Construction
(1) Participate in discussions on the company’s organizational structure above the department level;
(2) Determine the organizational structure of lower-level departments;
(3) When it is found that the job setting or job division of subordinate departments is unreasonable, the problem should be pointed out in a timely manner, adjustments should be made, and the human resources department should be notified.
2. Recruitment, appointment and dismissal

C. Handling of unqualified employees
(1) Propose suggestions for handling unqualified direct subordinates and submit them to the general manager for confirmation;
(2) Confirm direct Suggestions from subordinates on handling unqualified employees shall be submitted to the Human Resources Department.
3. Training
(1) Propose a training plan for direct subordinates and submit it to the general manager for confirmation;
(2) Confirm the training plan proposed by direct subordinates , submit to the Human Resources Department.
4. Performance appraisal
(1) Propose the performance appraisal principles for direct subordinates and submit them to the general manager for confirmation;
(2) Based on the performance appraisal confirmed by the general manager Appraisal principles, discuss with the Human Resources Manager and determine performance appraisal methods.
