Brief Introduction of Zhengzhou Taiwan Province Science Park

Zhengzhou Taiwan Province Science Park 1 is the pilot area of Zhengzhou National Hi-tech Bio-industrial Base, the key project signed by the 6th China-Henan International Investment and Trade Fair on 20 10, one of the 22 key investment projects in Henan Province on 2010, and also the key project of the airport industrial cluster. Zhengzhou Taiwan Province Science and Technology Park covers an area of 2,000 mu, with a total construction area of 2 million square meters, including more than 300 mu of production/kloc-0 and more than 600 mu of living facilities. The total investment scale of the project is 5 billion yuan, which will be developed in five phases. The first phase covers an area of 150 mu, and the plot ratio is 1.87. The park will take biotechnology, electronic information and headquarters economy as the leading industries, and build an international industrial agglomeration demonstration park with the innovative mode of "single-family enterprises, modular buildings, industrial parks, business homes and smart parks".
